Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds

Add coil springs and let sit 10 seconds
Dry shake for 10 seconds

1.5 oz Tanqueray
0.5 oz St-Germain

6 dash Rhubarb Bitters
Grapefruit shoestring
Combine ingredients in becher glass filled with ice and stir for 10 seconds
Strain into rocks glass with clear ice and add Grapefruit shoestring on clear ice
