1) Mix your ingredients in a dry shaker and let sit for 10 seconds
2)
Shake the ingredients without ice for 10 seconds
3)
Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
4)
Let the ice and cocktail rest in the shaker for 10 seconds

1.5oz Eau Claire Gin

0.5oz Elderflower St-Germain

0.75oz Lime Juice

0.75oz Thyme syrup

Top with Proseco

Garnish with Lime & candied Thyme

  • Mix ingredients except for Proseco in a shaker filled with ice.

  • Shake cocktail hard for 10 seconds 

  • Top up with Proseco

Basil Royal

1oz Lemon juice

1oz Basil syrup

2 pinch of 410 Grapefruit Bitters

0.25oz St-Germain Elderflower

0.25oz Galliano

1.5oz Gin 

Top up with Prosecco

  • Strain into double rocks glass

  • Garnish with green apple sliced in fan shape and basil sprigs

Cuke Ellington

1.5 oz Pink Peppercorn Gin

0.75 oz Sake

0.75 oz Cucumber juice 

0.75 oz Lime juice

0.75 oz Citrus Infused Syrup

Fresh Cracked pepper

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice 

  • Shake very hard for 10 seconds

  • Double strain in large coupe rimmed with Dehydrated Cucumber powder lip gloss style

  • Roll Cucumber ribbon in rose with Skewer

  • Fresh cracked Pepper

Basil Instinct

1.5 oz Tanqueray 

0.5 oz St-Germain 

0.25 oz Galliano 

1 oz Lemon juice 

1 oz Honey Basil syrup

1 oz Egg white 

Splash Soda

  • Combine ingredients except Soda in Shaker with coil springs and dry Shake for 10 seconds

  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds

  • Let sit for 10 seconds.double strain in double rocks glass add splash soda and garnish basil leaf.

Autumn Breeze

1.5 oz Gin

0.75 oz Aperol 

0.75oz Galliano 

1oz lemon juice

1 oz Citrus infused Syrup 

1.5 oz Grapefruit juice

1 oz egg white

7 Sage leaves

Grapefruit zest 

  • Mix all ingredients in a shaker without ice. 

  • Add coil springs and let sit 10 seconds

  • Dry shake for 10 seconds

  • Add ice and shake 10 seconds 

  • Let sit 10 seconds and double strain in large coupe

  • Garnish with Grapefruit shoestring and Sage leaf

High Fashioned

1.5 oz Tanqueray 

0.5 oz St-Germain 

1.5 oz Grapefruit juice

0.5 oz Citrus infused Syrup

6 dash Rhubarb Bitters 

Grapefruit shoestring 

  • Combine ingredients in becher glass filled with ice and stir for 10 seconds

  • Strain into rocks glass with clear ice and add Grapefruit shoestring on clear ice
